1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Retiry (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Retiry is a retirement planning tool that helps Canadian residents model and visualize retirement scenarios based on information they provide. The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
Retiry does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. The projections generated by the Service are estimates based on simplified assumptions and the data you enter. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial advisor.

4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retiry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made in reliance on projections generated by the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
